Like so many of you, we are following the cocoa supply situation in West Africa very closely.
We are grateful to our friend and longtime colleague John Adamnor for sharing the ups and downs of his crop this year in our series, A Cocoa Season in Ghana with John Adamnor.
Last time, John raised concerns about the lack of rain. In May 2024, we went back to John’s farm in Suhum, Eastern Region, Ghana, to find out what has transpired since the last time we spoke, and to hear about his hopes for the future.
Special thanks to Benjamin Setor Gbadago for his support in production. Article from our partner African Cocoa Marketplace.
